语言知识目标:掌握本单元词汇audience, continue, customer, neighbourhood lose, master , folk ,acrobatic 等

Step1.Warming-up
T: I like plays and films. Do you like plays or films?
Ss: yes!
T: ok, very good. I want to know who knows a lot about plays or films, so I will ask two question after you see the picture . “what’s the name of the play? And what’s the writer’s name?”
(利用图片介绍话剧《茶馆》随后是老舍先生的照片并配有简单英文介绍。让学生能轻松做出回答,引入本单元主题,教师必须尊重学生的观点,竭力给每个学生发言的机会,创设民主,平等,和谐的氛围,鼓励学生大胆开口)
Step2.In put
(1)教师将活动2的词汇整理成简单的课文概述中,并以打乱的顺于给出这些词汇的英文释义,让学生可以在图片资料形成的印象后,在相关短文中体会词汇含义,如有困难也可参看英文释义,完成Activity 2。
材料如下:
The play shows the audience life in China between 1898 and 1945 to. The story starts in 1898, continues in1916, and finally, it brings the audience the end of the Anti-Japanese War. It takes play in a teahouse in old Beijing and it tells us the story of Wang Lifa ---the teahouse’s owner and his customers. They see the teahouse as the center of the neighbourbood. After the war, Wang loses the teahouse and he dies.
