1. 用作名词,表示“黎明”或“拂晓”,通常是不可数名词,其前通常不用冠词。如:

(2) deal out 意为“分给”、“分配”。如:
The food must be dealt out fairly. 这食物必须公平分配。
The Red Cross dealt food to hungry soldiers. 红十字会把食物分发给饥饿的士兵。
(3) deal with 意为“处理”、“对付”、“对待”、“论述”、“做买卖”等。如:
How shall we deal with this matter? 这事我们怎么处理?
I don’t know how to deal with him. 我不知怎样与他相处。
He often deals with that shop. 他经常在那家商店买东西。
We have no time to deal with such details. 我们没有时间来讨论这种细节问题。
◆death n.
1. 表示抽象意义的“死”,通常为不可数名词。如:
Death comes to all men. 人皆有一死。
Food poisoning can cause death. 食物中毒可导致死亡。
2. 表示具体的死亡人数等,则为可数名词。如:
A great many deaths have taken palce here lately. 这里近来死了很多人。
The earthquake has caused fifteen thousand deaths. 地震已造成15000人死亡。
注:表示某种类型的死,也可用作可数名词。如:
When we die for the people it is a worthy death. 为人民 而死,死得其所。
